My new favorite way to enjoy pasta night with the family! I can twirl my zoodles while they slurp their noodles :)

Blue Ribbon Recipe

If you're looking to cut back on pasta, serve zucchini noodles! It's a way to enjoy a lower carb spaghetti night. The noodles have a lovely, slightly crunchy texture. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce, with a little olive oil, or melted butter. Yum! Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen

How to Make Zoodles (Zucchini Noodles)

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut up several large zucchini into long strips (I use my julienne peeler).
  2. You can even peel off the green skin for a more authentic looking "noodle".
  3. Saute them quickly in a bit of olive oil, salt, and minced garlic. Toss until tender. Remove from pan and place in serving dish.
  4. Top with your favorite pasta sauce and ENJOY!
