My new favorite way to enjoy pasta night with the family! I can twirl my zoodles while they slurp their noodles :)

If you're looking to cut back on pasta, serve zucchini noodles! It's a way to enjoy a lower carb spaghetti night. The noodles have a lovely, slightly crunchy texture. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce, with a little olive oil, or melted butter. Yum!

Ingredients
- 1-3 - zucchini, julienned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
How To Make zoodles (zucchini noodles)

Step 1Cut up several large zucchini into long strips (I use my julienne peeler).

Step 2You can even peel off the green skin for a more authentic looking "noodle".

Step 3Saute them quickly in a bit of olive oil, salt, and minced garlic. Toss until tender. Remove from pan and place in serving dish.

Step 4Top with your favorite pasta sauce and ENJOY!
