Even if you HATE tuna casserole- you'll love this!

Ingredients

  • 4 cans albacore tuna (or tuna in water)(drained)
  • 12 oz packages egg noodles (cooked & drained)
  • 1 large white onions
  • 1 can water chestnuts (sliced)(drained)
  • 1 package broccoli, frozen
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon house seasoning (garlic powder/salt/pepper)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 bunch italian parsley(chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 8 OZ packages shredded colby/jack cheese

How To Make you wont know it's tuna.......casserole!

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 2-3 quart casserole dish. Leave broccoli frozen and break up when mixing it in with tuna and other ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Mix tuna & all but last 4 ingredients together lightly. Add to buttered dish. Mix breadcrumbs, parsley together sprinkle onto of tuna mixture then drizzle butter over breadcrumb mix. Sprinkle cheese all over casserole then bake for 45 min.
