Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 medium onios finely chopped
- 2 cans diced tomatoes(14 oz)
- 2 cans tomatoe sauce (8oz)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 - scalloins thinly sliced

Step 1heat a large nonstick stewer, lightly coated with cooking spray, over med-high heat. add the ground beef and cook, stirring and breaking it up, until it loses pinknees about 2 min. add the onions and cook, stirring frequently, until the onions soften, 5 min. add the tomatoes, tomatoes,tomato sauce, chicken broth, soysauce, basil, oregano, garlic powder , and bring to a boil. reduce heat and let simmer, covered, for20 min.

Step 2stir in the macaroni and let simmer stirring frequantly until tender, about 15 min. let stand 15 min before serving topped with scallions
