Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 medium onios finely chopped
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes(14 oz)
  • 2 cans tomatoe sauce (8oz)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 - scalloins thinly sliced

How To Make wallys goulash

  • Step 1
    heat a large nonstick stewer, lightly coated with cooking spray, over med-high heat. add the ground beef and cook, stirring and breaking it up, until it loses pinknees about 2 min. add the onions and cook, stirring frequently, until the onions soften, 5 min. add the tomatoes, tomatoes,tomato sauce, chicken broth, soysauce, basil, oregano, garlic powder , and bring to a boil. reduce heat and let simmer, covered, for20 min.
  • Step 2
    stir in the macaroni and let simmer stirring frequantly until tender, about 15 min. let stand 15 min before serving topped with scallions
