Ingredients For wallys goulash

    ground beef
  • 2 md
    onios finely chopped
  • 2 can
    diced tomatoes(14 oz)
  • 2 can
    tomatoe sauce (8oz)
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp
    low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 c
    elbow macaroni
  • 4
    scalloins thinly sliced

How To Make wallys goulash

    heat a large nonstick stewer, lightly coated with cooking spray, over med-high heat. add the ground beef and cook, stirring and breaking it up, until it loses pinknees about 2 min. add the onions and cook, stirring frequently, until the onions soften, 5 min. add the tomatoes, tomatoes,tomato sauce, chicken broth, soysauce, basil, oregano, garlic powder , and bring to a boil. reduce heat and let simmer, covered, for20 min.
