ground beef
2 medium
onios finely chopped
2 can(s)
diced tomatoes(14 oz)
2 can(s)
tomatoe sauce (8oz)
1 c
chicken broth
1 Tbsp
low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp
dried basil
1 tsp
dried oregano
1 tsp
garlic powder
2 c
elbow macaroni
scalloins thinly sliced

How to Make wallys goulash


  • 1heat a large nonstick stewer, lightly coated with cooking spray, over med-high heat. add the ground beef and cook, stirring and breaking it up, until it loses pinknees about 2 min. add the onions and cook, stirring frequently, until the onions soften, 5 min. add the tomatoes, tomatoes,tomato sauce, chicken broth, soysauce, basil, oregano, garlic powder , and bring to a boil. reduce heat and let simmer, covered, for20 min.
  • 2stir in the macaroni and let simmer stirring frequantly until tender, about 15 min. let stand 15 min before serving topped with scallions
