grew up poor in deep Malaysian jungle in the 60s, vegetables were the only choice we had to survived,meat like beef and chicken only meant for rich people,working salaried people.Uneducated people like my parents learned how to be creative,making use what we had surround us, .

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    angel hair spaghetti – cooked, drained and tossed with olive oil
  • 3
    bell peppers - yellow, red and green
  • 3 stalk(s)
    celery
  • 3
    steak tomatoes – remove the seeds (core)
  • 3
    plum tomatoes – remove the seeds (core)
  • 1
    cucumber - remove the seeds (core)
  • ·
    chop all the vegetables into thin slices
  • SEASONING

How to Make Vegetable Relish Pasta

Step-by-Step

  1. 1 red onion,4 cloves of garlic,1 fresh red chili,5 red and green Thai peppers, 1 cup of cilantro chop all ingredients
  2. 1 tablespoon of vineger,juice from 4 lemon,1 teaspoon of black pepper,3 tablespoon of sugar,1 teaspoon of salt. Mixed all toghether
  3. Mix all ingredients together tossing them evenlyand sprinkle the crushed roasted peanut on top
