This is another favorite pizza for my Grandson. He loves pasta and pizza. I made this with the Spinach and tomato enriched pasta since he dislikes veggies unless they are hidden.

Ingredients

  • 1 large
    refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 c
    prepared pasta sauce
  • 1 c
    prepared alfredo sauce
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, low-fat shredded
  • 2 c
    cooked pasta (tri color)
  • 1/4 c
    asiago cheese, grated

How to Make Tri Color Scetti Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre cook pasta and set aside to cool
  2. spread pizza dough on a 10"round pizza pan
  3. spread prepared pasta sauce over crust and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and remove
  4. Mix pasta with alfredo sauce and spread over the semi baked crust.
  5. sprinkle with asaiago cheese and mozzarella cheese and return to the 400 degree oven
  6. bake until golden brown and melted cheese 10-15 minutes. let stand for 5 minutes before cutting**cheese is very hot**
