This is the closest to Stouffer's Mac & Cheese that I've found. I love their mac and cheese!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make traditional macaroni & cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 2 quart casserole dish or 11x9 inch pan.

Step 2Add cornstarch, slat, mustard and pepper in a medium saucepan. Stir in evaporated milk, water and margarine. Cook over medium-high heat, until sauce comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Step 3Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese until melted. Add macaroni; mix well. Pour into casserole dish, top with remaining cheese and bake 20-25 minutes until light brown on top.
