My mother and I enjoy this and my daughter repeats this recipe in North Carolina where she lives. My 90 year Italian Grandma approves of the all fresh ingredients I used.
How to Make Tomato-Protabella-Shrimp Pasta
- 1Boil Water for Angel Hair and add pinch of salt

s/p, asiago cheese).
- 2In skillet, Add sliced garlic, saute', then add Tomatoes wedged Cut in half and all the juice, saute', then add S/P, Portabella mushrooms chopped, black olives sliced, a little fresh basil. Last, add the shrimp and cooked covered for 9 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
- 3Drain the Angel Hair and Serve the Tomatoe mixture over the angel hair and top with shredded basil and asiago cheese.
