Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce (soup can size)
- 1 can ortega green chilis(diced)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can black olives(diced)
- 1 bag large egg noodles
- 1 fluid milk(soup can size)
- - salt and pepper
- 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese grated
How To Make talerini

Step 1Brown hamburger meat in a large skillet with salt and pepper and diced onion until done. Then add the soups,green chilis,enchilada sauce,milk and olives. Blend well,simmer on low heat. At the same time your cooking meat sauce you are boiling the noodles in a large pot.

Step 2pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Step 3When noodles are done,drain the water and pour noodles in a large oven safe casserol pan or dish. Then pour the meat sauce over the noodles and mix well. Top with the shreded cheese. Place in heated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until done. Do not brown the cheese. Serve with a salad or a vegetable. Enjoy!
