    cauliflower, steamed
  • 1 lb
    90% lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1 1/2 c
    dry pasta of choice, i use farfalle
  • ·
    for garnish
  • ·
    onion, chopped
  • ·
    tomato, chopped
  • ·
    shredded lettuce
  • ·
  • ·
    optional garnish not included in points above
  • ·
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ·
    sour cream

How to Make Taco Pasta


  1. Cook Pasta to taste. Be sure to Salt the water while cooking
  2. Caramelize Onions, put aside until later
  3. Steam Cauliflower and Smash
  4. Brown ground beef
  5. Prepare Ground beef mixture as indicated on the Taco seasoning package
  6. Combine Ground beef mixture, Cauliflower Caramelized Onions, Mushrooms, and Pasta
  7. Serve and Garnish with Onions, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Salsa, Cheese, Sour Cream
