With the whole batch with a total of 30 Points Plus and making 6 servings, this is a yummy Alternative to Taco and Burritos, but still fun for kiddos and the other people in your life that are not on Weight Watchers.

Ingredients

1 medium
onion
1 can(s)
mushrooms
1 large
cauliflower, steamed
1 lb
90% lean ground beef
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 c
water
1 1/2 c
dry pasta of choice, i use farfalle
for garnish
onion, chopped
tomato, chopped
shredded lettuce
salsa
optional garnish not included in points above
cheddar cheese, shredded
sour cream

How to Make Taco Pasta

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook Pasta to taste. Be sure to Salt the water while cooking
  • 2Caramelize Onions, put aside until later
  • 3Steam Cauliflower and Smash
  • 4Brown ground beef
  • 5Prepare Ground beef mixture as indicated on the Taco seasoning package
  • 6Combine Ground beef mixture, Cauliflower Caramelized Onions, Mushrooms, and Pasta
    MIX WELL
  • 7Serve and Garnish with Onions, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Salsa, Cheese, Sour Cream
