With the whole batch with a total of 30 Points Plus and making 6 servings, this is a yummy Alternative to Taco and Burritos, but still fun for kiddos and the other people in your life that are not on Weight Watchers.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 large cauliflower, steamed
  • 1 pound 90% lean ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups dry pasta of choice, i use farfalle
  • - for garnish
  • - onion, chopped
  • - tomato, chopped
  • - shredded lettuce
  • - salsa
  • - optional garnish not included in points above
  • - cheddar cheese, shredded
  • - sour cream

How To Make taco pasta

  • Step 1
    Cook Pasta to taste. Be sure to Salt the water while cooking
  • Step 2
    Caramelize Onions, put aside until later
  • Step 3
    Steam Cauliflower and Smash
  • Step 4
    Brown ground beef
  • Step 5
    Prepare Ground beef mixture as indicated on the Taco seasoning package
  • Step 6
    Combine Ground beef mixture, Cauliflower Caramelized Onions, Mushrooms, and Pasta MIX WELL
  • Step 7
    Serve and Garnish with Onions, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Salsa, Cheese, Sour Cream
