Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 large cauliflower, steamed
- 1 pound 90% lean ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups dry pasta of choice, i use farfalle
- - for garnish
- - onion, chopped
- - tomato, chopped
- - shredded lettuce
- - salsa
- - optional garnish not included in points above
- - cheddar cheese, shredded
- - sour cream
How To Make taco pasta

Step 1Cook Pasta to taste. Be sure to Salt the water while cooking

Step 2Caramelize Onions, put aside until later

Step 3Steam Cauliflower and Smash

Step 4Brown ground beef

Step 5Prepare Ground beef mixture as indicated on the Taco seasoning package

Step 6Combine Ground beef mixture, Cauliflower Caramelized Onions, Mushrooms, and Pasta MIX WELL

Step 7Serve and Garnish with Onions, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Salsa, Cheese, Sour Cream
