    spaghetti
  • 1/2 c
    sun dried tomatoes (hydrated in olive oil)
  • 2 c
    spinach, fresh
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • ·
    salt/pepper

How to Make Sundried Tomato/Spinach Pasta Torte

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil pasta al dente ( about 8 mins) drain
  2. in a large saute pan..olive oil, butter,spinach,sun dried tomatoes...salt/pepper
  3. combine with pasta...let cool ...meanwhile whisk eggs and parmesan cheese...in a oil sprayed baking dish...mix all together and press down ...bake at 350 30 mins...serve warm...with or without a drizzle of marinara sauce
