I saw a picture on FB of a dish like this, but I made it my own version of it. Fresh vegetables, herbs from my garden, cheese, lot of fresh garlic. And a great meat sauce to pour over. It received rave reviews from my guys and I really liked it too.

    lean ground beef
  • 1 jar(s)
    spaghetti sauce
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • ·
    salt & pepper
  • 12
    lasanga noodles
  • 1 1/2 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 3 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6
    roma tomatoes
  • 2 c
    fresh spinch
  • 1/3 c
    fresh basil, chopped fine
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • ·
    garlic powder

How to Make Spinach-Tomato Lassagna Roll Ups


  1. Heat water to boiling
  2. Cook lasagna noodles for 10-12 minutes. Remove and drain.
  3. Place noodles in rows on lg cutting board
  4. Start by spreading ricotta cheese on each lasagna pasta
  5. Add other ingredients except sauce. Leaving 2 cups of mozzarella cheese.
  6. Roll up each one and place in a 9x13 pan
  7. Pour 2 cups of cheese on top of rolls
  8. Pour sauce all over the top. Bake in a 350F oven for 1 hr.
