Spinach Stuffed Shells

1/2 boxpasta shells, giant

2 cspinach, fresh

2 cricotta cheese

1 cmozzarella cheese,shredded and divided

1egg
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tsponion powder

·salt/pepper to taste

2 cmarinara sauce
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese
How to Make Spinach Stuffed Shells
- cook pasta "al dente" according to package.
- chop Spinach and in a bowl combine with ricotta,1/2 the mozzarella, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and the parmesan cheese.
- pour half the marinara sauce in an oven proof shallow dish, drain and cool the shells and stuff each equally with the filling.
- align in dish and pour the rest of marinara sauce on top as well as the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
- bake uncovered 30 mins, until nice and bubbly...serve warm with garlic toast and salad if desired.
