Ingredients
- 1/2 box pasta shells, giant
- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese,shredded and divided
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- - salt/pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make spinach stuffed shells

Step 1cook pasta "al dente" according to package.

Step 2chop Spinach and in a bowl combine with ricotta,1/2 the mozzarella, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and the parmesan cheese.

Step 3pour half the marinara sauce in an oven proof shallow dish, drain and cool the shells and stuff each equally with the filling.

Step 4align in dish and pour the rest of marinara sauce on top as well as the rest of the mozzarella cheese.

Step 5bake uncovered 30 mins, until nice and bubbly...serve warm with garlic toast and salad if desired.
