How to Make Spinach Stuffed Shells
1cook pasta "al dente" according to package.
2chop Spinach and in a bowl combine with ricotta,1/2 the mozzarella, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and the parmesan cheese.
3pour half the marinara sauce in an oven proof shallow dish, drain and cool the shells and stuff each equally with the filling.
4align in dish and pour the rest of marinara sauce on top as well as the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
5bake uncovered 30 mins, until nice and bubbly...serve warm with garlic toast and salad if desired.
