- 1 package portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces linguini, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- - salt/pepper to taste
How To Make spinach portobello linguini

Step 1boil the linguini (cut into pieces)al dente (slightly firm to the bite)

Step 2In a large saute pan on low, melt the butter and add the mushrooms and garlic, gently cook 5 mins, add the package of spinach, cover and turn off heat. The Spinach will wilt down, add the drained linguini pieces

Step 3add the parmesan cheese and stir...season with salt & pepper
