This is a recipe from one of my friends! She is an amazing cook and I just had to post this recipe!

  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 oz
    goat cheese
  • 2 oz
    cream cheese
  • 3 tsp
    garlic fresh or in a jar
  • 1/3-1 c
    parmesan cheese just depending on how cheesy you like it and the consistancy
  • 6-8 oz
    fresh spinach
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2-3
    chicken breasts
  • 1 lb
    pasta of choice

How to Make Spinach Pasta Sauce


  1. Put everything except Chicken and pasta in a blender.The Spinach may have to be pressed down. Blend until everything is nice and green and is nice and combined.
  2. Cook the pasta until al dente.
  3. Saute Chicken and cut into pieces.
  4. Once the chicken is cut and cooked add the sauce and heat it through.
  5. Toss with pasta and ENJOY!
