- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 medium green pepper-chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 16 ounces spaghetti
- 8 ounces velveeta-cubed

Step 1In a Deep Skillet, Cook Ground Beef until no longer pink. Drain. Add in Taco packet. Stir. YES, it will be Dry, but it will soon be wet with tomatoes added.

Step 2Add in Green peppers and cheese. Stir and cook on low/ med heat. about 10 min., or until cheese is fully melted Meanwhile, Cook Pasta to al dente'. Drain.

Step 3Serve by it's by it self or with garlic bread. Enjoy!
