    garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 c
    seedless raisins
  • 1/3 c
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 c
    dates, chopped

How to Make spaghetti with raisins and peanut sauce


  1. bring a pot of sated water to a boil over high heat. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directios until done. Drain pasta, return to pot.
  2. Immediatly, heat the garlic in the oil over low heat to garlic softens 2 min.. pour the oil over the pasta. add the peanuts, dates, and raisons and toss good sprinkle with the parsley oh my
