This is a recipe from my great-grandmother, on my father's side. My Granma still makes this recipe and it's a great one (especially for those who aren't a fan of spaghetti sauce!)

  • 1 pkg
  • 3 or 4
    pork chops
  • 1
    garlic clove
  • 1 medium
  • 1 qt
  • 2 can(s)
    tomato paste
  • 3/4 tsp
  • 3/4 tsp
    sweet basil
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Spaghetti Sauce


  1. Fry pork chops until brown, and add pepperoni, garlic and onion. Fry together for 3 or four minutes. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Add oregano, sweet basil, and tomato paste and 4 cans of water. Cook about 1hr on med to low.
