spaghetti sauce
This is a recipe from my great-grandmother, on my father's side. My Granma still makes this recipe and it's a great one (especially for those who aren't a fan of spaghetti sauce!)

Ingredients
- 1 package pepperoni
- 3 or 4 - pork chops
- 1 - garlic clove
- 1 medium onion
- 1 quart tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 3/4 teaspoon oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon sweet basil
- - salt and pepper
How To Make spaghetti sauce

Step 1Fry pork chops until brown, and add pepperoni, garlic and onion. Fry together for 3 or four minutes. Add salt and pepper.

Step 2Add tomatoes and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 3Add oregano, sweet basil, and tomato paste and 4 cans of water. Cook about 1hr on med to low.
