If you prefer your sauce a bit more saucy add more puree. If not leave it as is or add more meat. Also add seasonings to taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato puree, per pound of meat
  • 1 - onion. chopped
  • 1 - bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 - celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • - oregeno, to taste
  • 1 pound hamburger or deer meat
  • 1/2-1 pound smoked sausage, optional

How To Make spaghetti sauce

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet add onion, celery, pepper, mushrooms, and meat Cook until meat is done. Drain and return to skillet.
  • Step 2
    Add tomato puree,oregano, chili powder, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Place a lid on skillet and let simmer. The longer you let it simmer the better it is.
  • Step 4
    Serve over cooked spaghette noodles or mix it all together. Can use with any italian dishes.
