Me and my sister love this since we both are vegetarians. Its something different. A change from regular spaghetti and sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 box spaghetti or whole wheat spaghetti
- 2 pounds fresh spinach or 2 - 10 oz. pkg frozen chopped
- 1 small onion
- - garlic and black pepper to taste
- 1 small container ricotta cheese, part-skim
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or margarine
How To Make spaghetti 'n' spinach

Step 1Start cooking the spaghetti.

Step 2Saute onion and garlic in olive oil/margarine for a few minutes. When finished, steam the spinach and pepper with the onion and garlic until the spinach is cooked.

Step 3After the spaghetti is cooked and drained, mix the spaghetti, spinach mixture and cheeses alltogether. Enjoy!
