Ingredients For spaghetti carbonara

1 lbspaghetti, whole-wheat

6 slicebacon

2 clovegarlic, minced

2 lgegg
-
2 lgegg white
-
2/3 cparmesan, grated

1 tspsalt

½ tspblack pepper, freshly ground
How To Make spaghetti carbonara

1Cook spaghetti using package directions. Drain and keep warm.

2Cut bacon slices into 1 inch pieces. Cook in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp.

3Add garlic and cook stirring continuously, until fragrant, 30 seconds.

4Whisk egg and egg white in small bowl.

5Add spaghetti to skillet; toss to combine.

6Remove skillet from heat. Immediately add eggs, Parmesan, salt and pepper; toss to coat. Serve at once.
