My family loves crock pot meals and this is no exception. We have to customize many recipes due to food allergies so here is our version of beef stroganoff. This is very tasty!!!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 2 cans condensed mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz)
- 8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 6 cups hot cooked noodles or rice
How To Make slow cooker beef stroganoff

Step 1In skillet lightly brown stew beef with salt, pepper, garlic and mushrooms. Put in slow cooker and add soups.

Step 2Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until beef is very tender.

Step 3Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted. Stir sour cream into beef mixture. Serve over noodles.
