3/4 conion, chopped
1 tspseasoned salt, (lawry's)
1 tspgarlic powder
1 celbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 cparmesan cheese, grated
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
1 - 16oz. can(s)stewed tomatoes, italian-style
How to Make Skillet Macaroni and Cheese
- Melt butter or margerine in a large skillet. Add beef, seasonings and onion.
Saute until the the meat is browned.
- Bring to a boil.
Add macaroni. Cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes (or until the macaroni is tender.)
Stir in parmesean and cheddar cheese.
- Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
