Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter or margerine
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, (lawry's)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 - 16oz. cans stewed tomatoes, italian-style
How To Make skillet macaroni and cheese

Step 1Melt butter or margerine in a large skillet. Add beef, seasonings and onion. Saute until the the meat is browned. Add tomatoes.

Step 2Bring to a boil. Add macaroni. Cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes (or until the macaroni is tender.) Stir occasionally. Stir in parmesean and cheddar cheese.

Step 3Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy !
