Ingredients

  • 8 ounces bow-tie pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 - zuchinni, chopped
  • 1 - yellow squash, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make simple pasta w/ sauteed veggies.

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta as directed, drain and keep warm.
  • Step 2
    In lg skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add zuchinni, squash, garlic and onion. Saute until tender.
  • Step 3
    Toss veggies w/ pasta. Season w/ salt and pepper.
