This is one of those "feel good" recipes. A healthy stir fry over angel hair pasta.

Ingredients

  • 2 - bell peppers (green and red)
  • 1 package skinner angel hair pasta
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon lawry's garlic salt
  • 1/2 - purple onion
  • 1 pound shrimp / peeled and devained
  • 1/2 clove garlic

How To Make shrimpasta

  • Step 1
    slice onion and bell pepper and throw in stove top skillet or wok (med. heat) with 1 stk. butter and garlic. * SUB BUTTER WITH EVOO for healthy alternative * Cook until tender.
  • Step 2
    Add Shrimp, garlic salt and stir fry until shrimp is pink and cooked.
  • Step 3
    Boil water and Add angel hair pasta. Once all steps are completed, plate it. Pasta and then shrimp with vegetables, and pour remaining sauce on top. I usually serve this with buttered asparagus spears.
