This is one of those "feel good" recipes. A healthy stir fry over angel hair pasta.

bell peppers (green and red)
1 pkg
skinner angel hair pasta
1 stick
unsalted butter
1 tsp
lawry's garlic salt
purple onion
1 lb
shrimp / peeled and devained
1/2 clove

How to Make Shrimpasta


  • 1slice onion and bell pepper and throw in stove top skillet or wok (med. heat) with 1 stk. butter and garlic. * SUB BUTTER WITH EVOO for healthy alternative *

    Cook until tender.
  • 2Add Shrimp, garlic salt and stir fry until shrimp is pink and cooked.
  • 3Boil water and Add angel hair pasta.

    Once all steps are completed, plate it.

    Pasta and then shrimp with vegetables, and pour remaining sauce on top.

    I usually serve this with buttered asparagus spears.
