Ingredients

  • 12 oz
    pkg. tricolor rotini
  • 1 lb
    medium fresh shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 2 c
    fresh baby spinach
  • 1/3 c
    pine nuts, toasted
  • 1/3 c
    poppy seed dressing
  • 2 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    seasoned rice vinegar

How to Make SHRIMP POPPY SEED PASTA SALAD

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook pasta according to pkg. directions and drain well. In a large bowl, combine pasta, shrimp, spinach and pine nuts. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing and vinegars. Toss with pasta mixture before servings. Makes 6-8 servings.
