Ingredients

  • 12 ounces pkg. tricolor rotini
  • 1 pound medium fresh shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 1/3 cup poppy seed dressing
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar

How To Make shrimp poppy seed pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta according to pkg. directions and drain well. In a large bowl, combine pasta, shrimp, spinach and pine nuts. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing and vinegars. Toss with pasta mixture before servings. Makes 6-8 servings.
