so quick and easy to make...One of my all time favorites. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do..Make extra because you wont have left overs :-) ENJOY!

Ingredients

  • 14 - raw shrimp, peeled
  • 14 medium mussels
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning i prefer feiny's chesapeake bay rub
  • 2 - cloves garlic minced
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 2 dashes sriracha
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, italian
  • 8 ounces linguine, uncooked

How To Make shrimp & mussel creamed scampi

  • Step 1
    Wash and Cut Peppers and Onion. Set aside. Hot Pan. Medium heat. Add Oil then Peppers and Onions. Let cook for 3 minutes. Add Shrimp and Mussels. Add Rub garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Add Cream and Sriracha
  • Step 2
    In a 2nd pot, boil water and add pasta. Cook until al dente. Strain and add to Seafood Mixture
  • Step 3
    Add Lemon Juice and Parsley.STEP 4 PLATINGPlace half into 2 different bowls. top with Lemon and Parsley. ENJOY.
