This is so easy to make. And sooo yummy. I usually make some crab ragoons to go w/ this.

1/2 lb
vermicelli pasta
3 Tbsp
peanut oil, divided
2 Tbsp
sesame oil
3 Tbsp
lite soy sauce
1 tsp
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
3 tsp
minced garlic
scallions, chopped
1/2 c
diced red bell pepper

How to Make Sherry's Lo-mein


  • 1Cook pasta as directed, drain. In small bowl, combine 2 tbsp peanut oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, ginger and garlic. Mix well.
  • 2In wok, or lg skillet, heat 1 tbsp peanut oil over med-high heat. Add scallions and red bell pepper. Saute for 2 mins.
  • 3Add pasta and stir fry for 2 mins. Pour sauce into skillet, toss well. Cook until heated through and slightly thickened.
