This is so easy to make. And sooo yummy. I usually make some crab ragoons to go w/ this.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound vermicelli pasta
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil, divided
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 4 - scallions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

How To Make sherry's lo-mein

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta as directed, drain. In small bowl, combine 2 tbsp peanut oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, ginger and garlic. Mix well.
  • Step 2
    In wok, or lg skillet, heat 1 tbsp peanut oil over med-high heat. Add scallions and red bell pepper. Saute for 2 mins.
  • Step 3
    Add pasta and stir fry for 2 mins. Pour sauce into skillet, toss well. Cook until heated through and slightly thickened.
