Ingredients
- 1/2 pound vermicelli pasta
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil, divided
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 4 - scallions, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
How To Make sherry's lo-mein

Step 1Cook pasta as directed, drain. In small bowl, combine 2 tbsp peanut oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, ginger and garlic. Mix well.

Step 2In wok, or lg skillet, heat 1 tbsp peanut oil over med-high heat. Add scallions and red bell pepper. Saute for 2 mins.

Step 3Add pasta and stir fry for 2 mins. Pour sauce into skillet, toss well. Cook until heated through and slightly thickened.
