seafood diablo with white sauce and tortellini
My husband, took me to Monterrey for our 18th anniversary. We found a wonderful restaurant by the bay. I wish I could remember the name, but what I ordered for dinner will stay with me always. It was called Seafood Diablo in a white sauce with tortellini. It was fabulous,my husband asked if I could duplicate it. I have made this recipe many times, and believe I have accomplished it, after gaining 5lbs.
