We really like this .I have had this recipe a long time .We love pasta.

Ingredients

  • 7 to 9 oz - uncooked fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

How To Make saucy swiss pasta

  • Step 1
    In unsalted water ,cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package.Drain rinse with hot water .In small sauce pan using wire whisk ,blend milk,flour,mustard and salt until smooth.Stir in cheese.Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until sause is bubbly and thickened.Stiring freguently.Stir in pasrley.Pour over hot pasta.Toss to coat.makes 6 1/2 cup serving
