How to Make Salmon With Rice Noodles
- SEASON FISH WITH SALT AND PEPPER. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MIN COVERED. THIS CAN BE DONE A DAY AHEAD OR YOU CAN USE CAN SALMON IF YOU HAVE THAT ON HAND. WHEN READY TO PREPARE FLAKE SALMON AND SET ASIDE.
- BOIL WATER, PUT NOODLES IN WATER AFTER IT'S OFF THE BURNER UNTIL SOFT THEN DRAIN WATER.
- PUT CHOPPED ONION IN HOT SKILLET WITH A LITTLE OIL ABOUT 2 TSP. IT ONLY NEEDS A MINUTE THEN ADD FLAKED SALMON AND NOODLES ALONG WITH THE PONZU. WHEN WELL TOSSED ADD CILANTRO AND TOSS ONCE MORE, SERVE RIGHT AWAY.
