quick chicken fettuccine alfredo
I needed a quick dinner and this is what I came up with using what I had on hand. I used some leftover boneless chicken wings from Pizza Hut (the "naked" kind) but leftover rotisserie chicken would work fine. Serve with a steamed vegie or green salad.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces fettuccine pasta, dry
- 1 jar (15 oz) alfredo sauce (i used betrilli mushroom alfredo)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- grated parmesan
- chopped parsley

Step 1Pour jarred sauce into a large saucepan and stir in cubed chicken and heat over medium heat, until hot.

Step 2Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.

Step 3Divide pasta between 2 plates and top with sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and parsley.
