quick chicken fettuccine alfredo

I needed a quick dinner and this is what I came up with using what I had on hand. I used some leftover boneless chicken wings from Pizza Hut (the "naked" kind) but leftover rotisserie chicken would work fine. Serve with a steamed vegie or green salad.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces fettuccine pasta, dry
  • 1 jar (15 oz) alfredo sauce (i used betrilli mushroom alfredo)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • grated parmesan
  • chopped parsley

How To Make quick chicken fettuccine alfredo

  • Step 1
    Pour jarred sauce into a large saucepan and stir in cubed chicken and heat over medium heat, until hot.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
  • Step 3
    Divide pasta between 2 plates and top with sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and parsley.
