Ingredients

2 Tbspolive or grapeseed oil

3 Tbspminced garlic

1 mediumonion

1 can(s)pumpkin, canned or cooked

1 can(s)minced clams with juice

1 1/2 tspsalt (or to taste)

1 1/2 tspshallot-pepper seasoning

1 tspdried sage
-
1 tspthyme, dried

1 dash(es)cayenne pepper ( to taste)
How to Make Pumpkin Pasta Sauce
- Add Oil to saucepan, and heat. Add onion and garlic and cook till tender.
- Add minced clams and juice to pot. Let simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in pumpkin, spices and salt. Simmer for 10-15 minutes till liquid reduces slightly. For a smooth sauce, blend in a pot with hand blender until desired consistency is achieved.
