philly cheese steak w/spaghetti
I like to try different things with cheese sauce,[My favorite mac & cheese sauce]. Also spaghetti instead of buns. Cooking here for 2.

Ingredients
- - steak ingredients:
- 3/4 pound deli black angus roast beef, sliced thin & cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 - red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- - cheese sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1-1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt [if needed]
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- - spaghetti:
- 8 ounces wheat spaghetti cooked accordingly to the package
How To Make philly cheese steak w/spaghetti

Step 11. Heat oil in skillet on medium heat until hot.

Step 22. Then, add and cook onionsand peppers until fully cooked & tender.

Step 33. Then add roast beef, salt & pepper, stirring until well incorporated.

Step 44. Remove from heat, cover and keep warm.

Step 55. Make cheese sauce as follows:

Step 66. In a saucepan, melt butter, add flour, stirring for about 2 minutes.

Step 77. Slowly, add the milk, constantly stirring until it thickens.

Step 88. Add salt [if needed] & pepper.

Step 99.Stir in cheddar cheese,until melted and stirring until smooth.

Step 1010.Plate hot spaghetti, top with beef & onions, then top with the cheese sauce.
