Ingredients
- 1 box ronzoni healthy harvest penne pasta.
- 1-1/2 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 medium onion, chopped.
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic from a jar.
- 1 - 14.5 oz can crushed tomatoes in juice.
- 1-/12 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley.
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
- 2 - 5 oz cans water-packed tuna, drained and flaked.
How To Make penne pasta w/ tuna.

Step 1Cook pasta as directed, drain, return to pot. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add onion & garlic, cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in tomatoes w/ their juices, parlsy and lemon juice, cook, stirring for 1 min. Add red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to med-low, cook 3-5 min or until sauce thickens, stirring often. Gently stir in flaked tuna, heat through. Add pasta to sauce, toss gently to coat and heat through.
