Ingredients
- 1 pound italian sausage, hot
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jar (24 oz.) traditional spaghetti sauce
- 1 package (10 oz.) philadelphis italian cheese and herb cooking creme, divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cups penne pasta, cooked
How To Make penne pasta bake

Step 1In a large skillet, brown the Italian sausage with the onion, pepper, and garlic. Stir in spaghetti sauce, 3/4 cup of the cooking creme and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until mozzarella is melted. Add pasta; mix lightly.

Step 2Spoon mixture into a 2-qt casserole dish and top with remaining cooking creme and mozzarella. Cover.

Step 3Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 20 minutes or until heated through, uncovering after 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve while hot.
