PENNE PASTA BAKE
1 lbitalian sausage, hot
1/2 conion, chopped
1/2 cgreen pepper, chopped
2 clovegarlic, minced
1 jar(s)(24 oz.) traditional spaghetti sauce
1 pkg(10 oz.) philadelphis italian cheese and herb cooking creme, divided
1 cshredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
3 cpenne pasta, cooked
How to Make PENNE PASTA BAKE
- In a large skillet, brown the Italian sausage with the onion, pepper, and garlic. Stir in spaghetti sauce, 3/4 cup of the cooking creme and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until mozzarella is melted. Add pasta; mix lightly.
- Spoon mixture into a 2-qt casserole dish and top with remaining cooking creme and mozzarella. Cover.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 20 minutes or until heated through, uncovering after 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve while hot.
