This is originally from Kraft Foods but I have modified it to suit my personal taste and make it even more Italian--yum!

Ingredients

1 lb
italian sausage, hot
1/2 c
onion, chopped
1/2 c
green pepper, chopped
2 clove
garlic, minced
1 jar(s)
(24 oz.) traditional spaghetti sauce
1 pkg
(10 oz.) philadelphis italian cheese and herb cooking creme, divided
1 c
shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
3 c
penne pasta, cooked

Step-By-Step

1In a large skillet, brown the Italian sausage with the onion, pepper, and garlic. Stir in spaghetti sauce, 3/4 cup of the cooking creme and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until mozzarella is melted. Add pasta; mix lightly.
2Spoon mixture into a 2-qt casserole dish and top with remaining cooking creme and mozzarella. Cover.
3Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 20 minutes or until heated through, uncovering after 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve while hot.
