Ingredients
- 2 to 3 slices of smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 or 2 small shallots
- Add - garlic, chopped basil, parsley and thyme to taste
- 1 - splash of dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 to 3 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
- 1 teaspoon blue cheese
- - red pepper flakes, to taste
- 8 ounces pkg. farfalle pasta (bow tie), cooked, al dente
How To Make pasta with smoked salmon

Step 1Cook pasta according to package direction, to al dente stage. drain and rinse. Set aside.

Step 2While pasta cooks, sauté, garlic and shallots;then add the broccoli and salmon pieces. Stir in herbs to blend. Add a splash of the wine to taste. Cook 5 to 7 minutes.

Step 3Stir in butter and blue cheese. When this melts, start adding the cream and mascarpone a little at a time stirring well after each addition. Toss in the pasta and pepper flakes; mix well, if it seams a bit runny add the cornstarch and stir and blend well, heat until bubbly and enjoy!
