Pasta with Smoked Salmon

2 to 3 slice
of smoked salmon, cut into small pieces
1 c
broccoli florets
1 or 2 small
garlic, chopped basil, parsley and thyme to taste
splash of dry white wine
2 Tbsp
1 tsp
1 c
heavy whipping cream
2 to 3 Tbsp
mascarpone cheese
1 tsp
blue cheese
red pepper flakes, to taste
8 oz
pkg. farfalle pasta (bow tie), cooked, al dente

How to Make Pasta with Smoked Salmon


  • 1Cook pasta according to package direction, to al dente stage. drain and rinse. Set aside.
  • 2While pasta cooks, sauté, garlic and shallots;then add the broccoli and salmon pieces. Stir in herbs to blend. Add a splash of the wine to taste.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes.
  • 3Stir in butter and blue cheese. When this melts, start adding the cream and mascarpone a little at a time stirring well after each addition.
    Toss in the pasta and pepper flakes; mix well, if it seams a bit runny add the cornstarch and stir and blend well, heat until bubbly and enjoy!
