1 1/2 cpasta of choice

1 cchicken pieces

1/2 conion, chopped

1 cfresh vegetables like french beans, carrots and capsicum chopped

3 Tbspbutter

2 Tbspcheddar cheese, shredded

1 Tbsppasta seasoning

FOR WHITE SAUCE

2 Tbspbutter

2 Tbsprefined flour

1 1/2 cmilk

1 Tbspcheddar cheese, shredded

1 Tbspblack pepper poder, flakes

How to Make Pasta to suit Indian Taste
- Cook pasta in water till al dente. I add a little oil in water so that pasta does not clump. Drain water and keep aside.
