This is a very different pasta dish, but it is very tasty and very easy to prepare. We like to serve it with steaks and a salad, especially when grilling and dinning outdoors. Toss in some cooked shrimp to change it up a bit. Play With Your Food! xo

Ingredients
- PASTA
- 1 pound tortellini, spaghetti, linguini (your choice of pasta)
- SAUCE
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled (roquefort cheese)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh parmesan cheese, grated
- OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
- - cooked, crumbled bacon
- - cooked broccoli florets
- - blue cheese crumbles for garnish

Step 1Cook the spaghetti noodles as directed on package, to aldente. Thouroughly rinse and drain, set aside.

Step 2In the pan you boiled the pasta in: Melt the butter and add all the other ingredients, stirring constantly over medium - low heat. When the sauce is ready, add in the pasta, stirring constantly until heated and coated. Serve immediately!

Step 3***Serve with a salad, garlic toast and a small steak.
