This wasn't my day. Didn't have the right ingredients and was not going outside in 100 degree weather to go to the store. So I made a megshift copy act. It was really good and we did not miss the fact there was no meat. Even my meat loving hubby didn't miss it. The best part was it fit my fit for life diet. Dinner was made with leftover fried potatoes, and of all things sunflower seeds
