pam's salmon and macaroni salad

High school recipe for Foods III, senior class. When Salmon was about the same price as Tuna. I love to play with this salad, adding other things and trying new herbs. But this is the "Original" version.

Ingredients
- 2-3 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1- 15oz cans can salmon, flaked (remove bones and skin if desired)
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2-4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 to 3/4 cups chopped celery
How To Make pam's salmon and macaroni salad

Step 1Cook Macaroni as directed in salted water. Drain macaroni and cool under very cold running water. Shake as much water off as possible before making salad.

Step 2While cooking pasta, chop and prepare all other ingredients.

Step 3Combine all ingredients and toss lightly to blend.

Step 4Serve on lettuce cups and garnish with chopped parsley and /or paprika.
