How to Make Orzo Salad with Feta and Cherry Tomatoes

  1. Boil the orzo only nine minutes, so it is aldente. Rinse orzo and put it in a large bowl. While the orzo is cooking you can rinse and slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add to bowl. Add crumbled feta, chopped parsley, about half the bottle of dressing, mayo, and the seasonings. Mix well. Serve warm or cold.
