This is a very versatile salad. You can eat it warm or cold. You can add or omit veggies of your choice. This recipe is what I personally like, and my family loves it!

  • 1 box orzo pasta, cooked aldente
  • 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 package sweet cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces newman's own family recipe italian dressing

How To Make orzo salad with feta and cherry tomatoes

  • Step 1
Boil the orzo only nine minutes, so it is aldente. Rinse orzo and put it in a large bowl. While the orzo is cooking you can rinse and slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add to bowl. Add crumbled feta, chopped parsley, about half the bottle of dressing, mayo, and the seasonings. Mix well. Serve warm or cold.
