  • - 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • - 2 large eggs
  • - 11/2 tsp. salt
  • - 1/8 tsp. blk. pepper
  • - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - 1 garlic cube, crushed
  • - 1 large egg, beaten
  • - 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese

    PREHEAT OVEN TO 350*. COOK SPAGHETTI ACCORDING TO PACKAGE, DRAIN. IN A LARGE BOWL, MIX COTTAGE CHEESE,2 EGGS,SALT,PEPPER,CHEESE, SPAGHETTI. TURN INTO A WELL BUTTERED 9 INCH PIE PLATE. MIX 1 EGG WITH PARMESAN CHEESE SPREAD OVER SPAGHETTI MIXTURE. BAKE,UNCOVERED , UNTIL KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN FOR 40-50 MINS.
