Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

2 lb
beef, i use sirloin
2 can(s)
mushroom (drain one) can use fresh see below
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix
1 can(s)
condensed mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c
red wine, dry burgundy(optional)
8 oz
sour cream, optional
egg noodles or rice

How to Make No Peek Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients in oven proof dish or dutch oven. Cover tightly. Bake 3 hours at 300 degrees. Sour cream may be added before serving. Serve over noodles or rice.
  • 2Note: I have used fresh mushrooms and added 1/2 cup of water.
