Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef, i use sirloin
- 2 cans mushroom (drain one) can use fresh see below
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup red wine, dry burgundy(optional)
- 8 ounces sour cream, optional
- - egg noodles or rice
How To Make no peek casserole

Step 1Mix all ingredients in oven proof dish or dutch oven. Cover tightly. Bake 3 hours at 300 degrees. Sour cream may be added before serving. Serve over noodles or rice.

Step 2Note: I have used fresh mushrooms and added 1/2 cup of water.
