No Peek Casserole

Ingredients

2 lbbeef, i use sirloin

2 can(s)mushroom (drain one) can use fresh see below
-
1 pkgdry onion soup mix
-
1 can(s)condensed mushroom soup, undiluted
-
1/2 cred wine, dry burgundy(optional)

8 ozsour cream, optional
-
·egg noodles or rice
How to Make No Peek Casserole
- Mix all ingredients in oven proof dish or dutch oven. Cover tightly. Bake 3 hours at 300 degrees. Sour cream may be added before serving. Serve over noodles or rice.
- Note: I have used fresh mushrooms and added 1/2 cup of water.
