This is a low Vitamin K dish. only vitamin k in it is the basil and capers. It is so tastily. I use this on MY CURVES COMPLETE DIET. If you have a little Vitamin K in your day try to remember to have the same amount of Vitamin K in mg in your daily diet. enjoy!

  • 4 oz
    chicken breast
  • 1 oz
    pasta-whole wheat
  • 1 oz
    cherry tomatoes
  • 1 oz
    yellow tomatoe
  • 2 large
    green olives
  • 2 Tbsp
    red onions
  • 2 Tbsp
    basil, fresh
  • 1 tsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1
  • 1 Tbsp
    feta cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp
  • 2 large
    black olives

How to Make MY Pasta Salad


  1. In a sauce pan boil and shred Chicken Breast.
  2. Prepare Pasta according to Package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain well
  3. Slice tomatoes and olives in half.
  4. slice onion and chop basil.
  5. Squeeze 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice from lemon and 1 tablespoon of zest from the lemon.
  6. To get the zest of lemon by grating the lemon peeling.
  7. Gently toss all ingredients together with Chicken and pasta. Refrigerate four 1 hour. serves with 1 side. ENJOY
