This is a low Vitamin K dish. only vitamin k in it is the basil and capers. It is so tastily. I use this on MY CURVES COMPLETE DIET. If you have a little Vitamin K in your day try to remember to have the same amount of Vitamin K in mg in your daily diet. enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces chicken breast
  • 1 ounce pasta-whole wheat
  • 1 ounce cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ounce yellow tomatoe
  • 2 large green olives
  • 2 tablespoons red onions
  • 2 tablespoons basil, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 - lemon
  • 1 tablespoon feta cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon nuts-pine
  • 2 large black olives

How To Make my pasta salad

  • Step 1
    In a sauce pan boil and shred Chicken Breast.
  • Step 2
    Prepare Pasta according to Package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain well
  • Step 3
    Slice tomatoes and olives in half.
  • Step 4
    slice onion and chop basil.
  • Step 5
    Squeeze 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice from lemon and 1 tablespoon of zest from the lemon.
  • Step 6
    To get the zest of lemon by grating the lemon peeling.
  • Step 7
    Gently toss all ingredients together with Chicken and pasta. Refrigerate four 1 hour. serves with 1 side. ENJOY
