This is a low Vitamin K dish. only vitamin k in it is the basil and capers. It is so tastily. I use this on MY CURVES COMPLETE DIET. If you have a little Vitamin K in your day try to remember to have the same amount of Vitamin K in mg in your daily diet. enjoy!

pasta-whole wheat

cherry tomatoes
1 oz
yellow tomatoe
2 large
green olives
2 Tbsp
red onions
2 Tbsp
basil, fresh
1 tsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
feta cheese
1/2 Tbsp
2 large
black olives

How to Make MY Pasta Salad


  • 1In a sauce pan boil and shred Chicken Breast.
  • 2Prepare Pasta according to Package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain well
  • 3Slice tomatoes and olives in half.
  • 4slice onion and chop basil.
  • 5Squeeze 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice from lemon and 1 tablespoon of zest from the lemon.
  • 6To get the zest of lemon by grating the lemon peeling.
  • 7Gently toss all ingredients together with Chicken and pasta. Refrigerate four 1 hour. serves with 1 side. ENJOY
