Ingredients
- 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 - celery stalks, cut thin on the bias
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 - 6 oz pkg frozen pea pods, thawed
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 4 ounces linguini, cooked and drained
- 2 - scallions, sliced
How To Make my favorite shrimp lo-mein

Step 1Cut shrimp in 1/2 lengthwise. In small bowl, stir together soy sauce and cornstarch, set aside. Pour sesame oil into lg skillet, over med-high heat. Stir fry celery and onion 2 mins.

Step 2Add cabbage, pea pods and carrot. Cook, stir frying 2 mins. Remove veggies from skillet. Add 1/2 the shrimp and cook for 3 mins. When all shrimp is cooked, Stir in soy sauce mix.

Step 3Cook until thickened and bubbly. Return veggies to skillet. Add linguini and scallions. Toss everything together for 2 mins until heated through.
