1Brown ground chuck and rinse in collander with hot water, return to pan. Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Saute till onions and green pepper are tender. Add marinara sauce. In seperate mixing bowl add ricotta,cottage cheese, parmesean, 2 eggs, salt,pepper and parsley. Mix well.
2Assemble lasagna with sauce on bottom, noodles, ricotta mixture, more sauce, mozerella. Next layer of noodles, ricotta mixture, sauce, ending with generous amount of mozerella, top with parmesan.
Bake at 375 till cheese is golden brown and lasagna is heated through. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
