2Meanwhile, in a large skillet, combine ground beef, sausage, and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat until brown. Drain. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, 2 tbsp parsley, basil and salt. Simmer for 45 minutes.
3Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix cottage cheese, beaten eggs, Parmesan, 2 tbsp parsley & salt. Mix well. Set aside.
4Cook pasta until al dente.
5Arrange 4 lasagna noodles in bottom of a casserole dish (13x9, sprayed with cooking spray) Spoon half cottage cheese mixture on top of the noodles. Cover cottage cheese with half the mozzarella. Spoon half the meat over the cheese.
6Repeat layers, ending with meat mixture. Sprinkle the top with extra Parmesan.
