Delicious, quick and easy to make! I serve this w/ a crunchy italian bread to sop up any juices, yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 - 14.5 oz can crushed tomatoes w/ italian seasonings
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 pound mussells, cleaned, debearded
  • 8 ounces ronzoni healthy harvest linguini
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

How To Make musssells marinara w/ linguini

  • Step 1
    In lg skillet, over medium heat, warm oil. Saute garlic 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes.
  • Step 2
    Reduec heat to low and simmer 5 mins. Cook pasta as directed, drain, keep warm. Add broth and mussels to skillet. Cover. Increase heat to high until mussells open, about 3-5 mins.
  • Step 3
    Pour sauce over pasta and serve.
