olive oil
1 tsp
minced garlic
14.5 oz can crushed tomatoes w/ italian seasonings
1/2 tsp
dried oregano
1/2 tsp
dried basil
1/2 tsp
crushed red pepper flakes
1 lb
mussells, cleaned, debearded
8 oz
ronzoni healthy harvest linguini
1/4 c
chicken broth

How to Make Musssells marinara w/ linguini


  • 1In lg skillet, over medium heat, warm oil. Saute garlic 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes.
  • 2Reduec heat to low and simmer 5 mins. Cook pasta as directed, drain, keep warm. Add broth and mussels to skillet. Cover. Increase heat to high until mussells open, about 3-5 mins.
  • 3Pour sauce over pasta and serve.
