1 Tbspolive oil

1 tspminced garlic

114.5 oz can crushed tomatoes w/ italian seasonings

1/2 tspdried oregano
-
1/2 tspdried basil
-
1/2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
-
1 lbmussells, cleaned, debearded
-
8 ozronzoni healthy harvest linguini

1/4 cchicken broth
How to Make Musssells marinara w/ linguini
- In lg skillet, over medium heat, warm oil. Saute garlic 30 seconds. Add tomatoes, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes.
- Reduec heat to low and simmer 5 mins. Cook pasta as directed, drain, keep warm. Add broth and mussels to skillet. Cover. Increase heat to high until mussells open, about 3-5 mins.
- Pour sauce over pasta and serve.
