We love this storoganff recipe. we like pasta dishes.This is so good

Ingredients

  • 1 - bag egg noodles
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 cup black olives pitted and sliced in 1/2
  • 3 - garlic crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 8oz - mushrooms ,sliced
  • 1 cup tomatoes chopped or sun dried tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 6 cups cups stems removed and chopped spinach
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce

How To Make stroganoff with mushrooms & spinach

  • Step 1
    Boil noodles about 10 minutes.Drin Warm oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  • Step 2
    Add garlic,onion,salt,pepper.Saute about 7 minutes.Put in mushrooms,black olives,and spices stir until it start getting brown .Stir in tomatoes .
  • Step 3
    pour in chicken stock put heat on medium high when it comes to boil trun to medium about 5 minutes .Stir in spinach and stir 2 minute .Remove from heat;stir in sour cream and Worcestershire ,hot sauce .Serve over noodles
